• We do not guarantee product quality, delivery timelines, or availability.
• Any disputes regarding orders must be resolved directly between the customer and the shop.

💬 5. Communication (WhatsApp / SMS / Notifications)

By using Dukaan Pata, you agree to receive communication such as:

• Order confirmations and updates
• Tracking details
• Promotional or service-related messages

Customers may also:

• Send messages via WhatsApp to request order details or tracking updates
• Interact with automated or manual responses provided by the platform

We do not guarantee instant responses or availability of WhatsApp services at all times.

🔗 6. Secure Links, Review Links & Access

a) Review Link Expiry Clause

• Review links shared with customers may have a predefined expiry time.
• Once expired, the link will no longer be accessible.
• Dukaan Pata reserves the right to modify expiry duration without prior notice.

b) One-Time Link Usage Policy

• Certain links (such as review or order access links) may be restricted to one-time use only.
• After successful usage (e.g., submitting a review), the link may be automatically deactivated.
• Any attempt to reuse or share such links may result in access denial.

c) General Link Usage

• Users must not share secure or personalized links with unauthorized individuals.
• Dukaan Pata is not responsible for misuse of links once shared with customers.

🚫 7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the system
• Share unauthorized access links or sensitive data
• Upload false, misleading, or harmful content
